Jenni | Autistic
From the very first session, Kirsty was so kind and welcoming that I felt at ease straight away.
Since starting coaching, school has become much more manageable. I've become more confident making conversation and talking to other people, I have much better self-worth, and my emotions feel much easier to understand and manage.
Kirsty has a great sense of humour, which made it much easier to open up. She's capable of bringing humour and light to a bad situation, and her attention to detail shows how she truly cares and remembers things in her clients lives.I always felt listened to and understood.
Overall, I feel more confident in myself and better equipped to deal with challenges as they come up.
You're able to work at your own pace, and you'll be supported wherever you're at. It never feels like you're being judged, just understood.

We can see a big improvement since these sessions began, which is a great relief to us.
Their connection is very special and Jenni is made to feel part of Kirstys family.
They have a brilliant relationship and Kirsty "gets" Jenni. She's learnt to read her, understand her, and talk to her in a way that makes her think through issues differently.
Life for us as parents has improved greatly following Kirsty’s coaching and has also helped us enormously understand Jenni and her condition.
We would wholeheartedly recommend her as a coach and a person.

Katie Leefe | AuDHD
Kirsty’s one of those rare people who make everything feel both possible and safe at the same time.
What struck me most was how much she genuinely cares - about the people she serves, the work she's doing, and the humans she works with. That warmth comes with real drive and an ability to make things actually happen.
Kirsty has a rare combination: high empathy and high output.

Steve Hill | Commercial Director
Kirsty brings a rare combination of deep subject-matter expertise, commercial awareness and genuine human insight.
I would recommend her without hesitation to any organisation looking for a trusted adviser, coach or leader who can help them build more inclusive, more confident and more effective teams.
What always stood out to me was Kirsty’s calm authority. She is thoughtful, emotionally intelligent and highly credible with clients, while also being deeply values-led. She listens carefully, challenges constructively and helps people see neuroinclusion as both a human responsibility and a business opportunity.
She understands neuroinclusion not as a theoretical concept, but as something that has to work in real organisations, with real managers, teams and individuals. That ability to translate complexity into practical, meaningful action is one of her real strengths.

I highly recommend Kirsty if you need support with making your workplace more neuroinclusive and more
A standout moment for me was when Kirsty was delivering a neuroinclusion in the workplace webinar.
She was completely spellbinding with her knowledge of the neuroinclusion topics, and provided practical and pragmatic tips and advice on how to be more inclusive for all, but particularly neurodivergent colleagues.
